Dr. Myron Hansen was born and raised in Flagstaff, Arizona.
He graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science from Northern Arizona University.
He attended medical school at the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa.
He completed a three year surgical training program at the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
He has been in practice since 2002.
Dr. Hansen is fluent in Spanish.
He is a surgical attending physician at the Carl T. Hayden VAMC surgical residency program.
He is a staff physician at the Phoenix VA High Risk Wound Care Center.
He is also a staff physician at Midwestern University, College of Podiatric Medicine.
As you enter Dr. Hansen’s office, you will see by the multiple pictures on the wall that he is a proud husband and father.
He enjoys spending time with his two beautiful boys who like to call him “Daddy Dinosaur”.
He also enjoys outdoor activities, including golf, softball, running, hunting, fishing, camping, and riding four wheelers and horses.
Dr. Hansen takes great pride in the treatment of his patients.
His goal is to provide each patient with the individual attention and time necessary to fully evaluate and treat their medical needs.
